Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee's back!
And this time he's talking about Candy and Turkey Fests 2008. Following up with President Elect Obama's signature chant, JMA will prove that "Yes we can" control our diabetes despite these gorge fests that sandwich (no pun intended) the month of November.
As JMA would say. Get it done.

Phenomenal! I love it! Especially the Yes we can bit. My last a1c was 7.9 and that was on october 22. I am striving towards the new goals by constantly monitoring my blood sugar and avoiding that Halloween candy as best as I can. At work I have set up my computer to remind me to test my sugar 4 times a day. So far it is going pretty well. I am very eager to get the a1c under 7 and achieve that 6.7 reading.
